HIRAETH .pdf
over 3 years ago – Tue, Jan 19, 2021 at 11:56:03 PM

Hey all,

Hope 2021 has been treating you all as well as can be. I come bearing happy news:

The HIRAETH .pdf will be distributed on February 15th.

At the latest! Ideally it'll be even earlier than that. The .pdf itself is looking absolutely stellar and we can't wait to get this book in your hands.  We understand parts of this process have taken longer than expected; it's been a weird, tough year with a lot of fresh challenges but the HIRAETH gears have always been turning in the background. Thank you for all of your patience and support!

The .pdf will be sent out directly through Backerkit, allowing you all to download the full book at your leisure from the link.

Until then!

Stay safe, stay happy, good luck with everything.

Cheers,

Ilinca

FINAL DAY
over 3 years ago – Fri, Jan 01, 2021 at 07:39:10 PM

Short, sweet, and to the point: SURVEYS ARE CLOSING TONIGHT.

If you've already filled out your survey, no sweat! Surveys will close with final notice so you'll have a grace period to edit your information as needed. If you haven't filled out your survey - please ensure to do so by tonight. Final notice will be sent out first thing tomorrow morning.

After that, the count begins, and your rewards will start appearing in mailboxes within the first few months of 2021.

Thank you,

Ilinca

FINAL DAYS!
over 3 years ago – Tue, Dec 29, 2020 at 04:04:23 PM

Happy holidays!

Please accept this update as your final reminder that all backer surveys close on December 31st! They will be closed with notice, which will allow all backers a last reminder and a 48hr grace period to update any of their information. This includes a chance to add any add-ons. After the 48 hours are up, all orders will automatically be locked and the counts considered final.

Note that preorders will also lock on the 31st.

Once final counts are in, January will be dedicated to manufacturing, getting the .pdf out to all backers, and gearing up to start shipping in the new year.  :) Please doublecheck your email and ensure that you have filled out your surveys if you haven't gotten a chance to already. I've sent out a set of reminder emails for those we're still waiting to hear back from, as well.

Thank you,

Ilinca

92% RESPONSES & HAPPY HOLIDAYS
over 3 years ago – Thu, Dec 17, 2020 at 06:34:27 PM

Hi All,

I'll keep this update short & sweet, and just provide you a few numbers to let you know where we're at with the surveys & progress on this project:

  • 14 days till surveys close, on December 31st
  • 29 days till cards are charged for any additional purchases
  • 92% of our backers have responded

Please check your emails and surveys and ensure that you have all of your information updated or, if you haven't had a chance to fill out your survey, please do so before December 31st. I need your information in order to get you your rewards!

The plan for 2021 is as follows:

  • Lock in all surveys and tally up the final counts from our backers, add-ons, and preorders
  • Complete final edits on the HIRAETH .pdf and get that out to all  backers by end of January, at the very latest. These will be sent to you via a direct download link.
  • Place all orders for merch - this will take place in two shipments, first single orders in order to confirm everything has printed correctly, and then bulk orders to fill out all the reward tiers.
  •  Begin the shipping process. I aim to have order fulfillment begin in late February / early March, but I do ask for your patience considering all the issues with the postal service(s) lately.

Thank you all again for your continued support! I wish you and yours' all the best for the new year and a safe holiday season. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to message me on kickstarter directly, or reach out to [email protected]

Cheers,

Ilinca

COMMISSION TIERS
over 3 years ago – Mon, Nov 16, 2020 at 09:43:51 PM

Hey there!

If you're receiving this transmission, it means that we have reached the surface of Mars and are in dire need of-

Sorry.

What it really means is that you pledged for a commission tier! I wanted to send out a rough schedule and a more comprehensive update of what you can expect from your commission tiers. But before we begin: please ensure you've filled out your survey. We're missing a few responses and, as this is a personalized tier, the sooner we get your information the better. If you've already filled out your surveys, no fuss or bother. :)

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, all commissioners will receive their final commission (or a digital scan of it, if it's being mailed out with the bundle) by MARCH 31ST, 2021. I know this seems like a lengthy time away, but it actually matches up quite well with the planned manufacturing and shipping schedule for the HIRAETH rewards, given the holidays and the delays caused by the ongoing pandemic.

It's also extremely likely you'll receive your commissions long before that drop-dead date.

What you can expect in the next few weeks:

  • I've been sending commission details to each respective artist as I receive them, so you'll soon be seeing an email from your artists to confirm details, share a rough sketch/initial thumbnail, and snag any information the artist may need.
  • The main HIRAETH email account ([email protected]) should be copied on all of these interactions. This is just for tracking purposes on my end in regards to the budget, and is also a way for you to get help quickly if you need anything cleared up.
  • I'll be emailing a few of you directly to get a bit more information on your commission, as a few entries were a little sparse. If you don't receive this email from me, assume your information has been passed on.

If you have any further questions or concerns, you can message me on Kickstarter, or directly at [email protected]

Thank you,

Ilinca
